Beautiful shoe I can’t wear

Shoe is definitely not true to size, I wear a 7 in majority of my shoes. However, this 7 is to big and makes a weird noise when I walk in them. Due to purchasing them online and they are last act, I am unable to exchange them for a size 6 1/2. So I’ve wasted $55 plus on shoes I am unable to wear. Thank Macys! (I did call customer service)

Shoe Runs Small or miss labeled on company …

I’m a size 7.5 / 8 - tennis shoes Ordered a 7.5 and it wasn’t able to fit ? It was more like a 6?? Yet labeled 7.5 The quality is amazing and now they are all sold out & im not able to size up at all . Macy’s how can you say shoes RUN small so purchaser’s can know NOT to order their shoe size. Also, you can’t say you sell on line and go to the Macys store and they don’t carry it in the store. This is deceptive to the customer. Shameful. Even the one Macys store that had Donna Karen clothes doesn’t carry the shoes.

beautiful

I purchased the black size 8, my normal size. They fit perfect with no rubbing after 10 hours of wear. They look great with dark wash jeans to work. I think they are elegant with a perfect gold lining inside on both sides of the edge that show when you walk as the shoe bends.

Look better online

I wanted these for the turnlock detail. Seeing them up close and personal, they look... Hmmm, remember PayLess? Yeah, unfortunately, they didn't look all that great in the flesh, so to speak. The sizing is kinda of wonky, also.
