Color is off
The picture to me looks like a much more chocolate brown. Unfortunately in person it has a purple ish hue, and much darker than I expected. Definitely going back.
Wanted to love this
I fell in love with the color of this blazer and bought it to (maybe) wear over a slip dress to a fall wedding. I am six feet tall and have 37" bust, 30" waist, 40" hip. In this garment, I could wear the size 8 but it was tight around the shoulders; I ended up purchasing the 10. It fits me surprisingly well in terms of sleeve length and shoulder to hem length. Unfortunately, the problem is the poly/spandex "velvet" (which looks and feels more like the velour used to make those Juicy Couture sweatsuits.) As another reviewer mentioned, the fabric is a bit questionable in appearance - probably most people wouldn't know the difference between polyester "velvet" and natural fiber (cotton, rayon, and/or silk velvet) but I do, and I can't unsee it. Very disappointed for the price of this blazer. Returning.
cheap fake polyester velvet
Awful quality, embarrassing polyester fabric. Polyester lining bc apparently one can't have enough unbreathable polyester in one outfit. It has that 'rubbery' feel of polyester. Yuck
