Lovely but awkward

It's a lovely bag, very well made an appointed nicely. The magnetic closing with the top flap tucking inside the front compartment is a bit awkward when trying to either remove or insert an item into the bag. Also, the included cross body strap is exceptionally long.

Nice but not for me

It is a very nice looking satchel. I ordered online and when I received it, it was heavier than the description indicated. Also the leather was stiff which I do not prefer so I returned it.

Oh So Beautiful in Tangerine

This handbag is everything I hoped it would be and then some! It is a beautiful bag in tangerine. I love the cool orange shade. It is well made, well organized for your essentials, and an all round beautiful bag! It comes with a cross body strap which is ok but I made it even better suited to me with the addition of the guitar strap from the tangerine wallet on a string!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!

My family & I have been loyal Macy’s customers for over 36 yrs, but over the past few years, their customer service has completely deteriorated—especially when it comes to shipping, product quality, & overall service! The frustration has reached its peak! I ordered this Donna Karan bag during a one-day special on January 22, 2025 & PAID EXTRA for overnight shipping to ensure I’d receive it promptly. Yet, here we are on February 5, 2025, and I STILL haven’t received my order! This isn’t just an isolated incident—Macy’s has screwed up every single order I’ve placed Since January 2024, I have placed 21 orders & every single one has had an issue! Whether it’s delays, misdeliveries, or outright incompetence, Macy’s has repeatedly failed to meet even the most basic expectations! I currently have two missing orders, one was delivered to West Coast with confirmation I received from UPS & this DK Bag; no one knows where my packages are at !!!! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH; WE ARE DONE SHOPPING AT MACY’S !
