Disappointed

The advertisement for this dress is very appealing so I ordered the dress. The material is very heavy and unfortunately the dress is very long; came several inches below my knee (unlike the advertisement). I want to return but when I went to Macys site I saw in small black lettering that the dress is final sale, no returns!!! Now what? I’m a very disappointed customer and have no plans to order from Macys in the future. Macys should accept returns on the products they sell especially with on line merchandise. BOLD RED LETTERING SHOULD BE USED ON THE MACYS SITE IF THE MERCHANDISE IS NOT ABLE TO BE RETURNED. But again, why can’t I return? Doesn’t make sense and Macys is left with an angry customer.
