This dress is absolutely stunning, but I noticed the bust area is sewn too low, which didn’t work well for my body type and felt a bit uncomfortable. It might just be my proportions, but something about the design didn’t sit right. Mine was size 2

Black scuba dress
Material is heavy, so not good for certain occasions where you want light/airy fabric. I like the heaviness of the lining to smooth out my figure and eliminate need for shaping undergarments. The hemline looks great. The material is very scuba-ish—not my favorite but dress looks great. I’ll wear this a lot for more formal work events. Can put a jacket or kimono to change the look and add color if desired.

Loved everything about it, but…
Stunningly beautiful, just not for me. Love the style, color and fit and especially the high-low hemline. However, it just felt heavy. Probably would appreciate it in air-conditioned restaurants and other venues. The word “scuba” in the description went right over my head. Should’ve paid attention because that’s exactly what the fabric feels like to me, rubber. It’s a go-back :(

I bought this dress thinking that it would make a great summer work dress. Material was VERY heavy. More suited for a wedding than work. More on the formal side. Wish that it had lived up to the pic.
