Very poor customer service!!!

The strap has broken and I have been unable to speak with someone in order to return and/or exchange the item

City Function

So cute and functional. Highly recommend. We walk a lot living in the city and tend to acquire things along the route so this is perfect for stashing goods.

very disappointed

Lovely purse, if it had not been previously used. Has grease spots on front and back, change of 26 cents, and a broken bracelet. Returning!!!!!!

Perfect size!

I have 3 of these in different colors. I needed a small ish crossbody that still holds a good amount of stuff and this is perfect! I got the light blue/navy for the spring and summer.

D&B junkie

I noticed this bag a couple years ago, wanted it but refused to buy for myself.... finally decided to just get it & here I am with my 6th crossbody D&B(4 pebble leather, 1quilted & 1 nylon). I love the convenience of having my hands free & not sit my bag down unattended. The size is just right, & keys are easily available. I wish a dust bag was included with my purchase.
