Poor shipping

The purse is pretty and is not that small like advertise online. I love Dooney& Bourke look elegant.I was so disappointed because this name is a name brand !I give 3 stars because the package is so damaged and so many tapes around the box? The shipping control is very poor.

Poorly made and Poor customer service!

My first Dooney and Bourne purse. Upon receipt the straps have six tie straps that wraps around handle, but one tie is too tight and the strap can’t get through it. I thought, no big deal, I can live with that. Then two weeks after wearing it, one of the attached tie straps on the handle popped off. I called Them, expecting excellent customer service, but no! I was told I could send it in, pay shipping, and they would repair, and return 6-8 weeks, plus if I included the shipping bill, they would refund, once they returned purse. What????? Man, I expected SO much more from this company!!!!!

Perfectly Ladylike Hobo

Perfect bag - perfect size for everyday! Bought it mainly for the color but very pleased with it's size. When you don't have time to downsize your essentials, this will hold it all. The leather is beautiful.

Lovely but not big enough

This is a beautiful, high quality handbag. I especially like the key fob. Alas, the bag is too small for my needs. One negative feature is the top zipper length which is a bit short, making it a challenge to access items inside.

Dooney Bourke Classy Black Bag.

This bag has a classy look, lightweight, easy to hang on your shoulder, tuck under your arm and/or worn hanging from your wrist. The inside is deep and wide enough to hold and retrieve the items you place in the bag. I love this bag and would purchase many more in this style.
