Put the hat in a box not a bag!

They keep shipping it to me in a bag and once it arrive its crushed. How silly one has tk be to put a hat in a bag and not a box.

I loved the hat but unfortunately I had to return it because Macy's shipped the hat in a bag and it got destroyed. who ships a hat like this in a bag. please ship this in a box next time. I will not reorder.
