Pay attention

I received 2 of these skirts and both had issues with the elastic ruching pulling out of the stitching near the waist area. Disappointed because I liked the skirt otherwise.

not cotton

Was so disappointed when this arrived that it is NOT cotton. It is 100% rayon. Will return.
