Completely defective

I bought these in February and wore them for the third time this weekend. Straps completely fell off, multiple nails are missing, and the leather is torn. Worst quality shoe I have ever purchased.

Clog would be perfect if strap went behind heel

Beautiful leather and great firm footbed for my foot but it doesn’t stay on when I walk, sure wish they made that strap be able to go behind the heel. Then it would be perfect! Dr schools, please make this option.
