Straps are thick

Straps are uncomfortable and cross over ankles. Good concept of adjustable Velcro but placement is wrong. Cute but no function

Way too big

I'm so disappointed in these shoes. I love the design, but they're really big on me. My toes barely go into the front part of the shoe. It's the regular size I order, but it feels like it's a size up. I can't exchange them, so I'm just stuck with shoes I can't wear. All of the other shoes I ordered fit me fine. I'm very sad about the sizing.
