Cute! But too small in length

Order my normal size 9 and when the shoe arrived tried them on immediately. I couldn’t get my heel without forcing it or shoving a shoe horn in the heel to get my foot in. I thought maybe my feet were swollen from my work day. But I tried them on again and it was the same result. I was going to exchange them for 9 1/2 but after reading all the reviews about the heel slipping out. No Thanks , I’m just going to return them. It’s too bad because they are really cute . ☹️

The shoe fits when I first put thnlack shoesem on

The shoes were my size they fit well look good but after a hour or so walking in them the back starts to slide almost like thery are big but the shoe fits well when I first put them on.its like the back of the shoe doesn't keep the shape to my heel of the foot

Squeaky

I ordered the black color in 8/12 wide. I just received them. So disappointed, the left shoe squeaks when I walk. I will be returning the shoes asap.
