Soft but thin

It is really a jumbo pillow. The covering protection is so soft. The memory foam is so plush. But soo thin. It went flat when squeeze it. It is not a firm pillow. If you like thin pillow, Buy it. The cooling is there. I need a medium firm pillow so I had to return that.

Not for me

I received this pillow, which was no factory box, only with a plastic bag without bar code on. I had to return it because not enough support for me, my neck and shoulder were uncomfortable in the morning. I was lucky to meet a nice and patient customer service staff in store, she understood and spent some time to help me for the return.

Made of polyurethane which runs hotter not cooler

Any pillow filled with foam is HOT not cold.
