Comfort pillow
Cool and soft memory gel form. Feel nice and good.
Not for me
I received this pillow, which was no factory box, only with a plastic bag without bar code on. I had to return it because not enough support for me, my neck and shoulder were uncomfortable in the morning. I was lucky to meet a nice and patient customer service staff in store, she understood and spent some time to help me for the return.
Comfortable and cool
This pillow is the most comfortable one I've had in a long time. I've bought 4 and all of them are wonderful

Made of polyurethane which runs hotter not cooler
Any pillow filled with foam is HOT not cold.
helped with neck strain
supported my neck when I had a neck strain. so cooling. I have long hair and I am claustrophobic, this pillow helps.

Slept like a baby
Recently I have been waking up with backaches and was told to try memory foam pillows. I brought two and they shipped in two separate boxes. Both were wrapped tightly and after cutting them from their airsealed bags I let them sit out and they expanded very quickly. I immediately switched my sheets and placed them on my bed. I have a queen sized bed and these pillows are jumbo just as advertised. They may be too long for some standard pillows cases. But i like that it fills up the gaps that standard pillows don't. I am a very light sleeper and wake up with every little sound. Let me tell you that I slept straight through the night. These pillows are very comfortable. I wish I would have tried them sooner.
