So disappointed

I was so excited to get this blanket due to the size and I’m so sad that I can’t use it!! I’ve washed it as instructed (twice now) and the fluff that is coming off the blanket is out of control. I’m concerned it may catch my dryer on fire. I’ve never seen lint and pilling like this before. I don’t think I can return since it’s been washed and have wasted good money.
