too large! no return!

The gown is too large. The return policy does not exclude these items from eligibility. However, the website never updates your order details to be "delivered," so you can't start a return process. I contacted both Macy's and the seller, no result!

Disappointed

Disappointed in material. I did want cotton, however this grown is very heavy for a summer gown. It also is very long, more so than was stated. I’m hoping it will shrink.
