Macy's should not allow other company to sell

I ordered a grey robe, but received a grey sweatshirt. Now i have ro go through the hassle of returning the product. Macy's should not allow other companies to sell on their website.

Dreams & Co. Plus Sz. Long Hooded Sweatshirt Robe

I did not notice in the product information that it was a plus size, but regular sizes were listed as well. I ordered a medium, thinking it was a regular med. When it arrived, the label says it's a medium 12-16 petite. !! I never had sizing like that. I am a petite, 5'1''. The robe fits well, sleeves are a little long, but I cuff them. The length is way too long, I will get it shortened. I like the color and the material is soft and comfy.

Bought as a gift for my sister, sizing was spot on and she loves the warm cozy feel.

Great but can’t with a missing pocket

The product would be perfect except one of the pockets wasn’t sewn together so it’s a hole were the pocket should be. The company hasn’t responded to correct the issue.

The sizing is off!

I wear between 14-16 and purchased the XL size robe. The robe was HUGE….seriously huge! I liked the style and the hood but there wasn’t anything I could do with it.
