very high noise level

The expresso machine sounds like a cement truck and the noise doesn't stop! The expresso it makes is pretty good, but if you live in a small apartment good luck if anyone is sleeping. This morning water kept on running out of it and I have no idea why. I turned it off and restarted it and it worked.
