The strap doesn’t offer any support

i’m normally a size 9 1/2 medium and I ordered a size 9. I have high arches and somewhat narrow feet. The length of the shoe fits fine. The strap that covers the top of your foot was way too big. It offered no support and my foot slipped directly out of it. If you have wide feet these might actually work out for you. Mine are on the medium narrow side so it’s definitely a no for me.

I have wide feet and medium was too wide for me otherwise cute. I had to return it.
