These are beautiful but not as expected....they were not "new"! They don't appear to necessarily worn but they are dirty on the bottoms and if I'm buying "new" shoes, I would expect them to look "new"! Not as expected when received.

Uncomfortably Painful
Rough, plastic material sewn on the underside of the raffia. It's like sandpaper, so painful. I wear a 9 medium, and ordered a 9 1/2 medium in these, but the pair I received was very narrow.
So painfully uncomfortable
I must have received a defective pair of these shoes, no one else has complained about the lining inside the raffia. A thin sheet of rough material is sewn onto the underside of the raffia, I guess to protect your toes from rubbing against the raffia. Unfortunately, the material feels like SAND PAPER. I can’t take a step without it rubbing across all five toes; the tops and the sides! Sooooo painful. I had a blister starting on my pinky after walking 10 steps. For reference, I wear a size 9, average width, and I ordered a 9 1/2 in these slides.
Nice style
I like the style of this shoes. They are wide on me ( I have a little narrow feet). Also kind of stiff, maybe after a few use they soften. They are true to size , no need to up because of pointy style. I can definitely recommend them especially for wider feet.

Beautiful pair of mules.
I have been looking for a nice pair of mules to wear for dinners and found what I am looking for. Very nice and stylish pair for going out in the evening. The mules are a bit stiff, may be softer after a few wears.

Kept looking at these, and finally purchased. So glad I did!! I'm older, and have trouble keeping mules on my feet. The wobble, looks as if Im walking like a duck, or when I take a step, the mule flies off my foot on front of me! These are really sturdy on my feet, Size 11 is my usual size and these fit perfectly (I'm guessing they run a bit smaller because I have narrow feet and these fit!). I think having that buckle across the foot helps the shoe stay on my foot ! Yay!! Ordered the Tan Raffia and it matches my untanned foot! So, if I had to say one negative thing, it's the gold buckle doesn't blend with the natural vibe of the raffia. But at this point, I don't care! I have a cute summer shoe that stays in my foot, didn't cost a lot and is darn cute!
