Shipped the wrong item which was for Christmas.

Very disappointed. They shipped the wrong item and now they are out of the boots. It was my daughter’s Christmas present. They no longer have any in stock so no luck at all getting them. Also, it was impossible to find an online customer service number.

I really needed new shoes that were comfortable. I’m 6 months pregnant and all my other shoes were annoying me. I really am pleased with these boots. They are super cute and very comfortable I got half a size bigger to be able to wear them with fluffy socks. I highly recommend these boots. They are inexpensive, cool and comfortable!
