Fantastic product

Fantastic vacuum all the way around. By far the best robot vacuum I’ve owned. Very smart and efficient. Also by far the quietest robot vacuum too!

Deeply unimpressed as a 10-year Dyson supporter

Original review: Constantly lost. Constantly hitting walls at full speed. Constantly “locating zone”. Hair wrap on brush roll is crazy in 2025. Works even worse than usual in dimly lit rooms. EDIT 25 DAYS LATER: Returned the day after this review. The reply to my review by the Dyson team is laughable. A notification is not sent to the user informing of a reply, and there is no way for a consumer to reply back. This makes it APPEAR that Dyson cares and is on standby to help or make it right, when the reality is the opposite. To feign a consumer-forward culture is crazy. "We...look forward to supporting you" is interesting to read given that I was never notified that my review was replied to. I just happened to go look for it and saw there was a response. Not sure what's happening over at Dyson, but my perception is that they are unhelpful and unmotivated, which only has a deleterious effect on the brand.

Wide Brush Design more value for your money.

Dyson 360 is the best design Robot Vacuum I’ve ever owned, the floor actually is touch by a wide brush. After using, the room even smells better. When emptying the Dyson 360 you will notice the finer dust being collected. Very well made!! Compare Weight and Features of others.

I have owned numerous robot vacuums that were expensive. This is the first one that seems to eventually learn where to vacuum normal or go turbo.

First of all didn’t clean anything, second doesn’t fit under my bed, when other vacuum never problem for that

360 Saves Me Time

I have had the 360 for a few weeks and it has performed as expected. Hopeful it continues to do the jobs I purchases it for...shedding dog in the house and the 360 does the every other day sweeping so I don't have to.

Works hard and great, but needs update programming

This is very good product. Just a Dyson..!!! Just first time needs mapping for clean up area, but it was error happened underneath of bed frame. Plus It was happened one time couldn`t park at dock after finished job.
