4 days agoWorst robot vacuum ever. Do not buy!!!!!
Returning it as soon as I can. It could not map my home correctly after trying all the online tricks and suggestions. Once it finally did it does not clean just goes back to the charger. Worst robot vacuum ever

You’ll love it.
The more I use it the better it works. It does a very good job cleaning, and to empty the container couldn’t be any easier. It took several mappings to get it to know the house. I think it was due to bouncing over the wooden thresholds in each room, I put door mats over them and then it had no problem. Yes I did remove the mats after it learned the house. The robot tells you what it needs on the vacuum, and on the app. The only 2 things I’ve had to do is empty the container and clean the lower sensor. I really do love it. Filtration, and suction are excellent.

17 days agoThe only problem I have stmt Dyson is the roller. Some of the stuff that is on the roller has lifted

17 days agogreat vacuum, poor navigation
like all Dyson products, the cleaning functions are superb - I'd give the robot 5/5 for suction but 2/5 for navigation - I haven't been able to get the VisNav to dock automatically ...ever... if this device came with lidar based navigation and software it would perfect fit my needs. Sadly it gets so close to the dock that it will knock it along the wall rather dock at end of cycle. I have moved the dock and remapped on a number of occasions without success - ultimately, I just pick the 360 up and manually dock it - a tradeoff for its cleaning prowess

Expect more from Dyson
The suction of the product is good, but it struggles to get into the corners. Additionally it struggles to orientate itself, the navigation is pretty terrible. The app is okay, but again the mapping function lacks detail, so its difficult to set up different zones and hazards etc. @dyson_anz

I wanted to like this robot vacuum but the vacuum could not find its home and would go around in circles. We had to return it!

Lousy navigation
Not a very smart vacuum. Keeps getting stuck. Have to constantly manually move it.
