Works great…mostly
Bought 3 weeks ago and it exceeded expectations. Good vacuum performance and fine navigation. But it has developed a loud annoying vibration noise. I have cleaned and inspected it and the brush bar many times with no luck. Works fine otherwise.

Don't buy this product
I bought this because I trusted the brand but it is no good. Software for mapping the house is backward compared with Chinese technology and if you need help, you have to jump through so many hoops you are better off figuring it out yourself. Doesn't get into corners and has an irrational way of moving from one place to the next. Don't buy one!

I own six Dyson products and this is extremely disappointing. Took it in for services the first week and it still can’t find the dock to recharge.

Frustrating
It gets stuck on everything. Sometimes it will be in the middle of the floor and still say it’s stuck. Very disappointed.

Worth every penny!
I love my Robot Vacuum! Have terrible Arthritis in my hands and vacuuming was so painful. Now it's a breeze! Wish I made the switch sooner.

Airways blocked - all the time!!
My product keeps telling me that it has an airway blockage even after I clean it as per Dyson instructions. I actually bought two air filters so that I could rinse one in water and have it drying for 24 hours while I used the other one. Dyson will clean if I activate it directly (it then only cleans without restrictions) but I keep getting the blockage message up when I try to activate it via the app

Keeps up with a St. Bernard
We like it pretty good so far, doesn’t get stuck in places like other robot vacuums we had before and also keeps up with our St. Bernard’s hair better than the others too.
