Disappointed

It stopped working after 3 days of using. It shuts off within 1 minute of using. The filter is clean. It’s being repaired as I right this. Hopefully they figure out what’s going on with it.

Probably good but needs much better instructions!

The instructions were less than lacking to say the least. I spent hours looking through 1-2 minute online videos hoping to find proper instructions - the best I found were those who were rating the usage of this product. Very disappointing for such an expensive item which I found confusing to use, especially with the app - but later discovered you don't have to use it at all (or hair products)! I'm a beginner which is why I gave a 4 star vs 3 as I know most of the problem was mine as the only tools I've used is a blow dryer, curling iron (years ago) and no products. It was too expensive for the frustration and I don't like to spend lots of time on my hair so didn't want to spend more time learning how to use this better.

Don’t do it

This has been the worst purchasing experience. The product is so mediocre and overpriced for what it is. We have been trying to return it for days and they have approved our return yet haven’t sent us the return label. This has been ridiculous and I’m so irritated by this process. My experience with Dyson with this product has made me not want to ever buy any Dyson product again — at least not directly from them.

Very happy with the product

I have found this product really produces prifessional results. Using the ID setting is great but I find the temperature can get very hot.

Wish I bought it sooner!

I have been delaying the purchase of Dyson air wrap for over a year, wish I haven't! I like the quality, the design and the multiple options that come with this device. It's light, attachments are easy to change, I'm not good at using it to it's full potential but there are so many tutorials out there, it's only a matter of time

Airwrap id

I was excited to receive my Dyson Airwrap thinking I wouldn’t need to run to the hairdresser 💇 to get my curls done. It was a great disappointment for me as the curls don’t last 5 minutes. I’ve used the John Freda mouse and I tried it with all the different attachment with drying my hair first then using the round brush to create body then the smaller barrel. I like the way it gives a shine to hair. I am not sure if I’ll be returning it and I will try it a few more time and decide. It’s not what I expected.

Game changer

I really like the product! I can dry my hair in half the time and it makes my hair much more manageable! I have now purchased the air straightener.

Im happy with the product but I’ve used it on a few people and it doesn’t hold a curl on multiple hair textures I’ve tried unless I’m using some sort of hairspray. For the price my curls shouldn’t fall before I even finish my head.
