This was delivered at the end of November. Today is the first opportunity to use it. I bought it as my third Dyson Vacuum. IT DOES NOT WORK. IT IS FULLY CHARGED. IT IS DEAD. THERE ARE NO INSTRUCTIONS TO SUGGEST WHAT I SHOULD DO.. It appears I am forced to give it a rating of 1* to 5* before I can submit this review.

Very poor battery
I am not enjoying my Dyson- tje suction is wonderful however the battery life is terrible ! I start doing s project & the battery dies. For the cost of the machine , it is not worth it. I plan on returning it

Very Good Hand Vac with One Major Flaw
This is a very good hand vac with ample suction on the Max power setting. On the regular setting, the suction is similar to any lower-end hand vac. What sets it apart are the ease of installing the click-in (and well-designed) attachments and the ease of emptying the canister. Never had an easier emptying vacuum of any kind. The one major flaw is how easy it is to inadvertently activate the trigger - like every time I go to remove it or place it back on the wall bracket I bought with it. It seems to me there should be easy fixes for this, like increasing the resistance of the trigger, decreasing the travel of the trigger (it really protrude from the handle) or adding a lockout. Given the price Dyson charges for this thing, it's frankly unacceptable that there's an issue like this.

Very useful vacuum
This is our second Dyson hand held. One for upstairs and one for down. Ideal to pick up bits when you don't want to be bothered to get the big vacuum out. It is also to go round the edges of carpets, better than a big vacuum

Right price for this product. It handles well. Only use it for cleaning robo vacuum. One of the better engineered product from dyson.

Great Vacuum
I bought this machine last month and it works great. Easy to use, easy to charge and empty. Most of all we love the powerful suction it generates which really came in handy while putting up the Christmas tree this year. Spruce needles are usually had to pick up but not with this machine
