Needs more practicality!

I like the product and it suits my hair, it stops it going frizzy in mild humidity, but it hasn’t been life changing! I bought a refill before the pre styling container ran out due to there being no indication as to how much product was left before it ran out. I can see the amount of dust in my hoover but can’t see when I’m due to run out of hair product, very annoying. Thinking that the post styling serum may help my hair with moderate to high humidity, I bought the post styling product. The containers are identical apart from the wording. Without my glasses, I can’t see the wording leaving me vulnerable to using the product in the wrong order - not helpful at all. So, all in all, and considering the high cost of the products, I will be looking for replacements unless the engineers at Dyson come up with solutions to these issues. I need user friendly items first thing in the morning when I often struggle to find my glasses never mind confusing products! Not sure that the post serum product makes any difference anyway. Sorry to be so negative but I do feel rather ripped off!
