Quite good house cleaning machine
Bought this machine couple of week ago, really good in cleaning tiles and hard floor. Recommend for hard floors and tiles we used bit of tile cleaning liquid which helps to clean quite well. Technology is quite good however bit heavy

Great performance and design, flawed handle
The cleaning performance and time saving are exceptional. It is the best way we have found to clean hard floors. Downside is the base of the handle extension is weak and our first unit snapped so we have had to buy a new one. Seems a design flaw in an otherwise exceptional piece of equipment. Would also be good if the cleaning tanks were slightly larger as the dirty water tank level sensor is easily activated by the foam on the used water or the chemical has any propensity to foam. I recommend the unit to everyone, I have sold many friends on them. Hopefully Dyson will help with a warrantee replacement on our first unit with a snapped handle after less than a year.

Worst product ever developed
Do yourself a favour and go buy a regular mop. This has to be one of the most useless products to have ever been developed. It works for about a week before starting to block up and leak. We’ve followed all Dyson support articles and have even attempted phone support which was all but useless. We tried to get our product returned but support continued to ignore our request. It does a terrible job at cleaning as it blocks up internally and water stops getting delivered to the cleaning mechanism. Avoid at all cost.

Easy to use with great results. Need to be very fussy with cleaning the machine after use and sometimes during use to get the best results. Floors need to be well swept before cleaning.

Cleans well, but
The mop cleans really well, and I love that it removes the dirty water in a separate container. Overall the maintenance of the mop is a bit much. I spend more time cleaning the trays and the brushes than I do actually moping. The pieces are difficult to get in and out to clean.
