Ordered on-line, rec'd used-looking shoes in a box clearly marked "floor sample". Disappointed.
Ordered shoes
I ordered a wide but it was too tight in the toe box but slipped off my heel. Will be returning .
Asymmetrical toe box
It would have been ok but upper part/toe box is asymmetrical and tight. Right side is slightly longer than the left. Shoes didn’t come in original packaging and were in a Macy’s box.
too wide
The wide Toe box is fine. The width on the sides are too wide. I would walk right out of the shoe going upstairs.

runs tight over top of big toe
This shoe was going to be my go to everyday shoe, but usually I've found in flats I wear 1/2 bigger. But these ones run true to size so the 9's are too big my heel flops out. Then over my big toe area it's way too tight. I missed the return time so I have 4 pairs of shoes I can't use. Very disappointed that I can't just exchange for the right size 😭😭😭
Way too big
Very nice shoes- I believe would be very comfortable- but they are HUGE. I’m guessing they are at least a full size larger than the size 8W that I ordered. ( They are marked as 8W.) I have to return them.
