Kinda clunky and color is not as expected

I have had my eye on these in the gold color for a while now. I thought the gold as depicted would be a good neutral this fall. I also thought the perforations were open for some ventilation. I’ve tried Earth in the past nc they felt pretty supportive. I saw Macy’s had these on sale but not in my normal 9.5 m. Since I sometimes have issues with closed shoes squeezing my feet I ordered a 9 wide. The color in person seems to have a definite pink tone to it which takes away from the neutrality in my opinion. The fit was okay except the vamp came up too far on my foot and rubbed the front part of my ankle. There is very little arch support so I don’t think these would be comfortable for any length of time. There’re also kinda clunky looking . Finally, the perforations are only decoration so there’s no ventilation and my feet were roasting after only a few minutes. Will be returning.

White is more like Cream

Fit well and are very comfortable. This is my second pair. Very good sale price. May get the black at some point (have blue and now white). The white is more of a cream, but works fine for me.
