Run Large

After ordering a black pair in my normal size, I bought a tan pair a half size smaller. Both shoes are too big even with an insert. My heels are flopping up and down while toes are trying to clench the front. The leather is very soft and it's like the sides have been stretched out but are not. Stores need to carry more shoes for shoppers to try on before purchasing.

No backing behind cutouts, too wide

I didn't realize that there wasn't a leather backing behind the cutouts, which means the socks or tights would show through. I didn't like that at all. I also hoped that these would fit, ordered my usual 9M and they were far too wide brand new, I could only imagine that they would become wider when worn. They were returned.
