No bad oil
Probably this oil has very good quality but so small bottle I was surprised how small it is. So anyway, my husband used it on her and beard as a treatment for dandruff and flaky skin

I bought this item back in Nov. It has not even been processed yet.I received everything else in the order,but this..Customer service is no help 🙄 I seriously would not purchase the items that are made from this company.I read the comments and took a bad chance.Don't waste your money on an item that won't come..Disappointed in Macy's. I bought my items on Nov 25, shipper created a label on December 5 , my parcel should arrive on December 17. Really??? I'm not sure I will purchase in future from you guys. Last year they forgot to send me an item, but didn't forget to charge me. This time shipping is so slow. No thank you! I'm not gonna trust you anymore. BAD service !!!
Miracle in a Bottle
I had dry brittle damaged hair as a result of hypothyroidism disease. I've tried many different products and none worked. I became content with the idea, that this is how it is. Within a month of using this production in combination with the minoi oil, I saw a drastic improvement in my hair. It was no longer dry and brittle. I experienced minimal breakage and my hair grew beyond belief. I am extremely happy with this product, and I will continue to use it.

This Tea Tree Scalp Oil did NOT work for me. My scalp did not positively soften and moisturize in using this product.

Shipping Nightmare
Absolutely love these products but they are always out of stock or take forever to get to you. I finally received my shipping notification for my order placed over a month ago, after sending an email with no response. However after almost a week, the tracking number says they have not received the package yet. This always seems to be an issue and I live in Houston. It takes forever to receive your products whether ordering through Macy’s or your direct website. If you have a customer service email, then communicate with your customers when they email.
