Still Waiting

After placing my order, I received an email from you stating: "Your order is being processed. But don't leave just yet! We'll send an email when it's ready for pickup at Macy's Paramus Park. You won't be charged until then." I'm still waiting for that email or did I miss something?

Terrible quality....

Terrible quality... had to return it. First of all, fits very tight and in the back of the shoe the finish is so rough that rubs against the heel of your foot..

Good Shoe, Poor Sizing

I like them a lot. Would have given them a 5 star, but Eastland does a lousy job tagging the correct size to their shoes. These Yarmouth Boat Shoes run very small. I usually wear 11W or 11.5. I bought 11.5W, and I could barely get my foot into the shoe. I just ordered a 12W, and I am keeping my fingers crossed.
