Comfortable & Fits to Size

These sneakers fit to size and are comfortable. The 1st day I wore them I did a lot of standingworking a yard sale. My feet didn't ache. The tops are navy blue and the soles are light grey. I like this because the soles don't stand out like other white soled sneakers do; great for blended color matching with blue. black, or grey leggings, jeans or slacks.

Wrong color

Very comfortable but they sent wrong color. I ordered Mood Indigo, the box says Blue. What I received was darker than it appeared online, looking more black than the blue shade I really wanted. Will probably keep though since they are comfortable.

Wrong shoes delivered

I like the shoes but they are not what I ordered. What I'm wondering is that why they are so expensive because you always send me the wrong thing. Get it together in shipping. This doesn't even look like what I ordered.

Easy Spirit Women's Romy Sneakers

The sneakers were delivered in a torn box with no cover and a plastic wrap to secure the package. The laces were not properly prepared for the product probably meaning someone had returned them. I decided to keep the sneakers because they are exactly what I was looking for and they are new. I had contacted someone at Macy's who said I would be getting a $10 discount on the order though it is yet to show up on my account and it's been about two weeks. Can you help?
