Came apart after 1 wear

I bought these for comfort to wear during a conference. The stitching came undone after 1 wear. I instantly returned them.

Not satisfied and will be returning

Shoes are very wide and when walking they fold at the top. They are narrow, but fits as a wide. Gives the impression when walking the shoes are too big for me.

Oooh I’m so unhappy disappointed after three times of wearing this shoe it’s slipping I wish I can get a refund but it’s worn it’s stretched out the back is slipping after 3 times of wearing wasted money is there anything Macys candy do please?
