I love the way these shoes look but The second time that I wore these the right shoe started clicking loudly every time I took a step. Unwearable.

Heel Hangs Off—No Thanks

These shoes run a whole size smaller than expected. My heel was literally hanging off the back—so uncomfortable and unflattering. Total disappointment. Make sure to size up if you’re going to try these, but honestly… yuck.

Defective shoe, bad customer service

I tried to post this on the Easy Spirit site but they didn't put it up so I'm leaving it here. These are cute and comfortable but beware of Easy Spirit's sub-par customer service. My shoes were defective with an embarrassing clicking sound from the heel that people would comment on when I walked by. Sounded like a cheap flip flop. When I pressed on the outsole at the spot where it was clicking, I could tell there was a gap or something between the outsole and the heel, like it wasn't completely attached at that spot. The company would only offer me a return for store credit and to get a replacement pair I will now have to pay almost double because they won't honor the sale price I originally got them for. I regret the purchase from this company.
