No or very little padding in footbed.

They were nice looking shoes but they ran big and there was very little padding in the footbed. It almost felt like there was no padding, not what I expected, so I returned.

Feet hurt all the time

The shoe was a bit loose inside I had to add padding. All in all I do like the shoe's. I wore them the same night I got them comfortable

Hook & Eye better than velcro

The velcro fastener does not close the back enough to fit my foot. My foot moves around making it easier to fall. Would do better with a buckle that can be adjusted to smaller or larger ankles.

Easy Spirit, it wasn't

I am very disappointed in the shoe. The sole is some sort of rubber/plastic and after wearing twice, it looks like it was scraped with sandpaper, or a grater. Unfortunately my time has passed to return the shoe. But I had purchased Easy Spirit shoes before, and this has never happened. How you can improve is to increase the range for your return policy.
