Issue with the zipper

The zipper is fine, but the lining can easily catch in the zipper. I am careful to put my finger in the lining so that the zipper does not catch it and "stick". I really like the boots, they are very light and warm. Once I identified the zipper problem, there was no difficulty.

Great boots

I like these boots. They are warm and comfortable and have good tread. They are easy to get on and off. I have arthritis in my feet and ankles, these boots give me good support. I highly recommend them.

Poor design for the zipper

The zipper for both left and right foot are stuck, can’t pull up after pulling down. Poor quality zipper

Poor quality control

Zipper on one boot was defective and almost impossible to move up or down..... very poor quality control. Returned item and did not order a replacement.
