Horrible customer service

Never received. Customer service outright refused to issue a refund and kept lying about when it would be received. UPS never even received the package from macys. Had to file complaint with better business bureau before macys would issue refund. Good job macys training your so called customer service reps to outright lie to customers.

So Comfortable and Warm

Thes booties are not only warm, but extremely comfortable. My feet go "Ahhh" when I slip them into these.

Great quality. Great price.

I loved them. Very good quality, but I needed an 8 1/2 W instead of a 9 W and they were out of stock. I think Easy Spirit shoes run a little longer than other shoes.
