Not what I expected =(

I really love the way this boots look. They are so cute. And thinking about the brand, I didn't think twice and I got them. But they are not at all what I expected. They run to narrow and they have cero arch suppor. I ordered the deep olive color in 6.5 M, which is my actual size. I have high arch, so I need good arch support. I also tried them with my own insert but it didn'twork. (Memory foam insole is removable). This boots run narrow in the toe box, but a bit baggy in the instep (even with my high arch). Nice look but, too expensive and cero confort. I had to returned them =(
