Cute Comfortable Shoes

The pair that was delivered were not perfectly matched. one shoe was shiny and one was not and one was darker brown than the other. Where is quality control? Drove to Macys and the clerk brought out three pairs of the identical shoe and we picked the ones that were perfectly matched. These are cute comfortable shoes but, the top of the shoe which soft leather bends and it results in the top of the shoes having those wrinkles along the top I have a pair of loafers that are made of thick heavy duty leather and they look great to this day no wrinkles on the top from shoe bending when you walk. Perhaps is it just a result of soft FLEX shoe

Runs narrow

The toe box is very narrow in the medium width I purchased. As soon as I tried them on the shoes were rubbing painfully along the side of my big toe. I really like the color and style. Disappointed.
