So frustrating.

I ordered a pair of sandals from Macy’s, and they arrived mismatched. Literally, two different shoes in the box. Very frustrating. I contacted Macy’s right away to do a return, but now the sandals are out of stock. They offered me $10 in star money, which I won't be using. On top of that, the customer service was unhelpful and disappointing. This whole experience has turned me away, bye, Macy’s.
