Comfy shoes but the leather on toes is darker

You can count on East Spirit for comfy shoes, but I was surprised to see the front part of the shoes (at the toes) is dyed a darker color brown. So, the leather on the shoes isn't the same color all over. The photos didn't make it obvious. I am disappointed in that it gives the appearance that the shoes got wet due to neglect. I bought two pairs - one black and one brown - but only the brown pair has the darker color across the front of the toe area. I don't like it, but decided to keep them since I bought them at half price. They are comfortable and the braid is a pretty feature.

True to size, comfortable, and exactly what I was looking for. The navy is so dark it’s almost a blue-black. Very happy with my purchases especially the sale price. First time buying these and highly recommend.
