Comfortable

Nice shoes, bought in black and brown. They're true to size and comfortable. Only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because the braided piece on my brown shoes doesn't match the shoe color very well.

Womens Penelope Braided Slip On Mules

I ordered a pair of these in black online. They seem to run a little large, for me anyway. It's like they want to slip off when you walk. I ordered the medium. It's a hassle to drive 50 miles away to an actual Macy's store, or 25 miles away to a UPS store, but I'll have to return them.

Never received these shoes. I called Customer Service and they said there is a tracking error, but that was a week ago. Still NO SHOES. I am tired of getting emails asking me about this ‘purchase’. Send the shoes or cancel the order!
