Very comfy sneaker

I bought these for myself. They are very comfy. The only issue I have is that they are a little stiff. I’m hoping if I wear them a lot they will soften up.

Although I did not receive the correct pair of sneakers that I ordered online, I should say when I contacted customer service, they were very helpful on the phone and a claim was done. I brought the wrong pair of sneakers to my local Macy's, and they were very accommodating. My correct pair of sneakers arrived within 48 hours, and I am very happy with them as they are very comfortable and are exactly what I need for my daily walks.

Don’t purchase shoes from Macy’s

I wasn’t pleased with the Punter Tennis Shoe, I was expecting more comfort. It’s really rather disappointing that Macy’s would not refund me because I wore them, even though there’s absolutely nothing in the description of the shoe stating that shoe sales are final sales
