Very cute but can not walk in them

The back straps do not stay up on heal , shoe flops all over. Regrettable having to return.

Pretty shoe and seems well-made but I wasn't able to get my toes under the strap. Had to return.

Comfy, Supportive & Dressy

These were extremely comfortable supportive with the Cross strap over the foot and also with the thick heel they look dressy and I got the black.

Never recieved

I ordered these shoes in black when they were on sale. I was looking forward to wearing them. The shoes never arrived even though the tracking information said they had arrived. I looked in my mail box, in the mail room of my building and the adjacent building. These shoes never arrived. I was SO disappointed. When I called Macy's they offered to replace them. At that time, I opted for a refund. I thought if I wanted to re order I could do that at a later time. But now they are twice the price. I guess it was not meant to be. I noticed that another reviewer said that she never received the shoes.
