The shoes is very comfortable but the area where my toes is hurting a little- perhaps make it bigger a little.

Wanted to love it- but super uncomfortable

SO SO uncomfortable in the heel area- the sole itself is comfy, however after wearing these to a wedding- my heels were DESTROYED after 45 minutes of wearing these. The heel area is so uncomfortable and poor quality.. dissapointing

Macys is not shipping the ordders

the shoes were never ship, place the order on 7/10 August 3 still waiting. I had to place a second order.

Macys not shipping the orders

I order this on July 10, never arrive. I wanted this shoes for my birthday 7/29 and they were never ship. on 8/3 I called to inquiry about the order still in transit I asked them to cancel the order and place a new order for me. The rep still wrote that the shoes were delivered on 7/12 and processed a return (not sure how she was able to do that).had to Macy's needs to hire better customer service. or we need to start shopping somewhere else.
