Wrong item shipped

Completely wrong product shipped to me. I ordered a 6-1/2 you sent a 9-1/2 and a totally different shoe. REALLY? How hard is it to read an order and puck it accordingly?

Comfort and style

These slippers are super comfortable. I have plantar fasciitis and need some support. They have a thick sole with a soft lining. They do not slip off my feet, like most clog styles. And they are cute! I got the snowflake design.

Easy Spirit

I was hesitant to buy mule type slippers. I wanted a slipper with support, these can be worn outside as well. They feel more like Easy Spirit shoes. Warm and comfortable.

The thicker lining makes the shoe size off by one size. Had to return and sized up.
