Wrong merchandise sent

Purchased this pair of shoes online and was very disappointed to find out the wrong order was sent after picking them up!!! Tried to purchase another pair for the same price and it was sold out. This has never happened before. Very very disappointing!!!

Not a fan of the upper material

These shoes have a comfortable footbed, but the material they are made of looks and feels like bad plastic. I need to have shoes with a bare minimum level of breathability and after trying these on only for a few moments I could tell that they weren't for me. Will be returning

Ran pretty true to size but rubbed the inside of my foot raw so I’ll never wear them again. Not a good buy when you only wear them once but you can’t return them because you worse them. Ugh.

Squeaky!!

I really liked these shoes, they're good looking and actually pretty comfortable for wearing a heel. However ............ they started to squeak on the bottom of the shoe. Apparently there is no fix for this so I was extremely disappointed to have to toss them.
