Bad straps

The cross strap is extremely loose and looks like it’s too big.

Very disappointed!!!

These were really cute, great foot bed. Just had to be returned, this was due to them the strap with the design was completely stretched out!!! Did not lay flat on my instep. Wanted to reorder just there were no more in stock, anywhere in Macy's!
