Where is my package

This order was supposed to be delivered on 10/20. I was in a live chat with macys twice this week with the same result….wait for the package. My package has no update and while the live chat was nice enough the package has still not been delivered. Looking for my package and would prefer transparency.

Easy Sprint Boots

I ordered this boots because I had been watching it for some time, as the price goes up and down. I decided to purchase on line. Time frame of delivery was good and ups did a great job. However when I received the boots was a bit disappointed, because it looks like water boots that they use in plantation when working. Feels like plastic. I would have thought that Easy Sprit would have done a better job especially for the price. I order a half size up was a little big. I will be returning to Macys. 🤢
