⭐ Review for Macy’s – Unacceptable Product Quality and Customer Service This has been one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had with an online retailer. I ordered two pairs of shoes from Macy’s. The first pair arrived in a dirty, old, and damaged box. The shoes themselves were clearly used: the soles were already worn, the inside was dirty, and there was even dirt inside the shoes. This is completely unacceptable for items sold as new. The second pair arrived later. While the box was in good condition, the shoes were not what I ordered. The design was different from the product shown online. I received something I did not order. To make matters worse, I tried to resolve this issue through the chat system, which is useless and does not allow real solutions. I then called Customer Service and explained everything in detail, but they refused to help and showed no interest in fixing the problem. This experience shows a serious lack of quality control and customer care. Selling used or incorrect items and then refusing to help the customer is unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed and will think twice before shopping at Macy’s again.

Originally I received the wrong merchandise and I requested a return and replace, and when the replacement arrived it was the style but different material not all leather but I kept it because looks ok. Hate to return!
